Applicable law and competent courts.
Belgian law is applicable to this site. In the event of a dispute, only the courts of the district of West Flanders are competent.
EUTRACO NV collects and processes the personal data of customers for the purpose of customer and order management (including customer administration, tracking of orders/deliveries, invoicing, solvency monitoring, profiling and sending marketing).
Legal basis of processing
Personal data is processed on the basis of various legal grounds, being (a) consent, (b) necessary for the execution of an agreement, (c) necessary to comply with a legal obligation, (d) necessary for the representation of our legitimate interests to undertake business (see Article 6.1 of the General Data Protection Regulation).
Insofar as the processing of personal data takes place on the basis of consent, the customer always has the right to withdraw the consent given.

If this is necessary for the achievement of the stated objectives, the customer’s personal data will be shared with other companies (of the EUTRACO NV group) within the European Economic Area that are directly or indirectly connected to EUTRACO NV or with any other partner of EUTRACO NV;

Right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability of personal data
The customer is at all times entitled to inspect his personal data and can correct them or have them corrected if they are incorrect or incomplete, have them removed, restrict their processing and object to the processing of personal data concerning him on the basis of article 6.1 (e) or (f), including profiling on the basis of these provisions.
In addition, the customer has the right to obtain a copy (in a structured, common and machine-readable form) of his personal data and to have the personal data transferred to another company.
In order to exercise the above rights, the customer is requested to:
– to adapt the settings of his customer account himself; and/or

The customer has the right to object, free of charge, to any processing of his personal data for the purposes of direct marketing.

The use of “cookies”.
