Bitten by numbers and analysis, I have had the opportunity in my career to explore various domains within Finance. Inspired by passion and entrepreneurship, I, along with the Finance team and other colleagues at Eutraco, contribute to the journey that Eutraco has already undertaken and the exciting path that lies ahead of us.

I have been working for the Eutraco group for 35 years and have grown with the company. In the early days, we focused on purely national transport of full loads. Soon, I became involved in the development of international traffic, groupage, and distribution activities. I also played a role in establishing the logistics branch, encompassing both storage and on-site services at the customer's premises. Subsequently, I took on the responsibility for integrating several acquisitions within the group. Currently, as the Director of Transport, I oversee all transport operations within the group. From multiple sites, we manage around 300 vehicles daily that are on the road serving our clients. Alongside our team of top-notch drivers, the planning and administrative staff, as well as the support services, our mission is to provide top-notch transport services to our extensive customer base every day. It's not without reason that "Every Mile a Smile" is our slogan.

25 years ago, I first encountered the customs profession. Quickly, I realized that my future lay in this field. They call it being bitten by the bug. For the past 15 years, I have been responsible for expanding a customs department with growth, process automation, and the pursuit of a high level of compliance as the common thread.

Our vision and strategy at Eutraco are no different. Eutraco aims for swift service within an operation that is 100% compliant, allowing our clients to outsource their customs tasks and issues with peace of mind.

I've been fortunate enough to turn my hobby into my profession at a young age. Now, 25 years later, I am still highly passionate about innovation within the IT landscape.

Since October 2019, I have been working at Eutraco as the Head of Digital. My mission is to leverage IT as a means to unfold a competitive advantage for the group. Together with our experts in the Digital Team, consisting of Digital Implementation Managers and Infrastructure specialists, we strive for nothing less than perfection, always with an Every Mile a Smile mindset.

Since the beginning of my journey at Eutraco in 2020, the company has evolved significantly with a clear focus on a comprehensive logistic solution for our clients.

From the Global Solutions department, we offer worldwide transport solutions, allowing us to coordinate every step in the logistics chain with a team of experienced experts. This includes import and export for maritime, air, and road freight. It often involves a combination of these different transport modes, where we ensure smooth and cost-efficient handling. Thanks to our in-house system with real-time tracking (Track & Trace), we also provide the client with live insight into the status of the shipment.

I started at Eutraco as Head of People Care in January 2021. I am responsible for the entire HR process within the Eutraco group. Together with my team of 5, we are available to all employees every day.

My HR career started in 2006 within the temporary employment sector. Then I quickly got the hang of it and took the step to becoming a Director of a temporary employment company. I go to work every day with full enthusiasm and passion. In addition to my role within Eutraco, I am the proud mother of two beautiful teenage daughters.
